Yes, customers download the free Cuppacard app and create a simple account. They can then collect stamps from all participating businesses.
What if I have multiple locations?
You can add multiple branch locations in the portal. Customers can earn stamps at any of your locations.
Is there a free plan?
Yes! Our free forever plan includes up to 15 active customers — perfect for small shops getting started.
Can I switch stamp methods later?
Yes. You can change your stamp method from the portal at any time without affecting existing customer cards or stamps.
